The Oasis Centre

'The Oasis Alternative Fashion Store' (also known as ''The Oasis'' or ''The Oasis Market'') is a shopping centre in the centre of Birmingham, England, known for selling a variety of alternative fashion and gothic fashion.
There are several entrances into The Oasis - two in Priory Square and the another on Corporation Street. It is divided into five inter-linked levels, connected by a number of stairways and corridors, the walls of which are covered in various posters and flyers.
==History==
The Oasis was first established in 1971 and has continued running to the present day. The Oasis is described as the heart of alternative living in the West Midlands. Despite the rumours that the complex is to soon close down, The Oasis is remaining at Priory Square for the foreseeable future.
